  • Systemic and curative fungicide absorbed through leaves, stems, and roots. Used for controlling leaf blight and downy mildew on tomato.

Mode of Action

  • Combination fungicide consisting of metalaxyl, a systemic fungicide with protective and curative effects from the acylalanine family, and copper hydroxide. Mechanism involves enzyme inhibition and increased cell wall thickness.

Uses

  • Inorganic protective fungicide that interferes with fungal enzymes to prevent growth. Contains 3.5% metalaxyl and 18.5% copper hydroxide (R-Methyl R). Controls downy mildews on tomato and potato. Broad spectrum against fungal and bacterial diseases on fruit trees, cucurbits, tomato, pepper, grape, etc. Pre-harvest interval (PHI) on tomato: 21 days.
