Abamectin EC 1.8% is a selective insecticide and miticide with contact, stomach, and limited systemic activity, effective against:
- Vegetable and cucurbit leafminers
- Citrus rust mites
- Two-spotted spider mites on cucumber and tomato

Mode of Action

Belongs to the avermectin group
Acts by stimulating GABA receptors in the insect or mite nervous system, causing paralysis and death
Highly selective for target pests with rapid knockdown effect, maximum mortality observed 5 days after application
Does not require mixing with wetting or adhesive agents
