Mode of Action
Imidacloprid is a neonicotinoid insecticide with two isomers. It acts as a neurotoxin by disrupting nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the central nervous system of insects, causing rapid mortality. The systemic property allows absorption through roots and leaves, providing long-lasting protection.
