Clethodim 24% EC (Elective) – penetrative selective herbicide for narrowleaf weeds in soybean. Post-emergence grass control at 2-4 leaf stage.

500 ml package
  • Clethodim (Elective) Behavaran
  • Penetrative, selective herbicide controlling narrowleaf weeds in soybean fields.

Mode of Action

  • Penetrative, selective herbicide from the cyclohexanedione oxime group that inhibits acetyl CoA carboxylase activity, preventing fatty acid synthesis. Rapidly absorbed by leaves through xylem and phloem, translocated to roots, rhizomes, and growing points.

Uses

  • Internationally used for annual and perennial narrowleaf weeds in soybean, cotton, sunflower, alfalfa, bean, chickpea, carrot, eggplant, flax, peanut, rapeseed, sugar beet, tobacco, potato, vegetables, fruit trees, and vineyards. Best applied at 2-4 leaf stage or 10-15 cm height. Repeat 2-3 weeks later for subsequent flushes. Apply when no rain expected for 1 hour. Avoid under environmental stress. Enhances efficacy when tank-mixed with adjuvants.

Product weeds Consumption rate
