Master Green Copper Sulfate 24% Cu | 10kg Fungicide Fertilizer – Foliar Spray for Disease Prevention

Potassium Sulfate Fertilizer

Brand: Master Green

Packaging: 5000 gr

  • This fertilizer contains a minimum of 24% water-soluble copper and is primarily used as a fungicide to control various viral and bacterial diseases. Overall, copper plays a role in enzymatic systems, plant defense, and connective tissue growth. The combination of sulfur and copper in this fertilizer makes it a powerful preventive treatment against diseases. It acts preventively against diseases in all fruit and vegetable crops. It can be applied as a foliar spray twice a year, and for field crops during the vegetative stage as a preventive measure.

The best method of using copper sulfate fertilizer is foliar spraying at a concentration of 1-3 per thousand, applied to plant leaves. Copper sulfate is essentially an antifungal fertilizer that can prevent many fungal and bacterial diseases.

Copper is an essential micronutrient vital for enzymatic activities such as photosynthesis, respiration, metabolism, and protein synthesis. Copper deficiency leads to reduced pollination and fruit set, defoliation in trees, and susceptibility to diseases like leaf spot and anthracnose. High soil pH in most regions of the country reduces the uptake of micronutrients, especially copper. The combination of copper and sulfur in this Master Green copper sulfate fertilizer lowers soil pH, improves nutrient absorption, and enhances copper uptake.

  • Handling: Wear chemical-resistant gloves, goggles, full-body protection, and respirator. Highly corrosive to skin/eyes; avoid inhalation of dust or mist.
  • Storage: Keep in original sealed 10kg bags in a cool, dry, locked area away from children, food, alkalis, and combustibles. Do not store near calcium or ammonia products.
  • Mixing: Dissolve in water only (1-3L/1000L); never mix with lime, dolomite, or alkaline materials (forms toxic precipitates). Test pH compatibility first.
  • Application: Foliar spray only: 1-3L per 1000L water, 2x/year max. Apply evenings to avoid sunburn. Do not exceed rates—copper buildup causes leaf burn.
  • First Aid: Eyes/skin: Rinse 20+ mins with water, seek immediate medical help. Inhalation: Fresh air, oxygen if needed. Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting; give milk/water, call poison control urgently.
  • Soil Impact: Sulfur component lowers pH, countering alkalinity in Azerbaijani soils for better micronutrient access. Avoid overuse to prevent copper accumulation (toxic >50 ppm soil).
  • Water Protection: Highly soluble—apply pre-rain bans to limit runoff.Copper harms aquatic life; buffer zones near streams mandatory (10-20m).
  • Wildlife/Pollinators: Low risk to bees at foliar rates but toxic to fish/amphibians. Enhances plant defenses, potentially reducing broader fungicide needs.
  • Best Practices: Soil test Cu levels yearly; rotate with non-Cu products. Supports IPM by preventing outbreaks like anthracnose in high-pH areas.
